  • Job Details
  • Position / Specialty: Echo Tech - must be able to do adult and peds echos.
  • Shift: Mix of 8 & 10hr days based on department needs - 0700-0800 start times.
  • Years of experience REQ: Minimum 5 years' experience required.
  • First-timers accepted: No.
  • Weekend REQ: Will have call every other or every third weekend (depending on dept need, may change based on LOAs, vacations, etc.)
  • Is on-call REQ? Yes - Will have call every other or every third weekend and 1 day during the week (depending on dept need, may change based on LOAs, vacations, etc.)
  • Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Will float if needed.
  • Open to accommodating block schedule? Discuss schedule requests with manager.
  • Locals accepted: Yes- no radius.
  • Pending License accepted: Not required for this role.
  • RTO Restrictions: Discuss schedule requests with manager.
    • Job Requirements
    • Certs REQ: ARDMS, BLS, and RDCS required.
    • Required Adult Echo Skills/Experience: Bubble Study, Imaging with Contrast Agents, M-Mode, Pharmacologic Stress Echo, Portable Studies, Right Ventricular Inflow Tract (RVIT), Right Ventricular Outflow Tract (RVOT), Routine, Transesophageal Echocardiogram (TEE), Treadmill Stress Echo.
    • Required Pediatric Echo Skills/Experience: M-Mode, Portable Studies, Right Ventricular Inflow Tract (RVIT), Right Ventricular Outflow Tract (RVOT), Routine.
    • Required Professional Knowledge and Skills: Isolation Precautions, Procedures on patients in ICU/ED settings.
      • Schedule Information
      • Guaranteed Hours: Client may call-off up to 36 hours per thirteen week assignment without paying for the cancelled hours. If Client cancels more hours than permitted by this section, Client will be billed for any shifts or portions thereof cancelled in excess of this section. If Candidates are placed on-call in lieu of being called off, that will count as a called-off shift.
        • Additional Details
        • A legible copy of a valid/current US Driver's license or US ID card
        • Badge photo required within a week of signing. This is due no later than Monday before start. Photo must be in color from mid-shoulders up. It must be taken against a plain background, preferably dark blue or dark gray with appropriate clothing and no filters.
        • Candidate must review and sign within 7 days of signing contract.
        • Required if candidate is requesting a Religious Exemption from flu vaccine. Once completed, CL must send to PM for approval.
        • Required if requesting a Medical Exemption from flu vaccine. Once complete, CL must send to PM for approval.
