Direct Hires ONLY. No Recruiters. No Phone Calls We are seeking experienced CNC machinists to join the H3 team for record sales growth in our 3rd-4th Qtr. The ideal candidates will be responsible for operating a variety of CNC machines to fabricate parts to customer specifications. - Set up and operate CNC machinery to produce parts according to blueprints - Perform quality control checks using precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers - Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning - Make adjustments to machine settings as needed for accuracy - Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications - Maintain a clean and safe work environment - Previous experience required - Technical skillset to work on tight tolerance, complex parts - Ability to read and interpret blueprints and callouts - Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments Direct Hires ONLY.
