Required Cardiac Cath Lab Procedure Skills/Experience: ASD Closures, Cardiac Stent Placement, Diagnostic Catheterizations Adult, Hemodynamic monitoring, IABP Placement/Removal, Impella insertion, Left heart catheterization, Percutaneous Coronary Interventions (PCI), Percutaneous Transluminal Coronary Angioplasty (PTCA), Permanent Pacemaker Insertion (PPI), Pulmonary Artery (PA) line insertion, Right heart catheterization, Rotablader athrectomy, Temporary Pacemaker, Ventricular Assist Device Insertion. Required Equipment/Operation/Maintenance Skills/Experience: PACS, Maintains equipment,Maintains inventory, Stocks supplies. Required Electrophysiology Study Skills/Experience: Arrhythmia Induction, Baseline Measurements, Cardioversion, Insertion/Programming of AICDs, Left Atrial Appendage (LAA) Closure. Required Vascular Studies/Procedures: Angioplasty, Carotid Stenting, Central Venous Access/Port Placement, Dialysis Graft interventions (fistulograms/declots), Endovascular Interventions, Upper and Lower Extremity Angiography, Thrombolysis/Thrombectomy. Required Venous Access Skills/Experience: Central Venous Access (non-Tunneled/PICC lines), Central Venous Access (Tunneled Port). Required Equipment and Device Skills/Experience: Fluoroscopy, GE Innova IGS, Siemens, Ultrasound. Required Procedural Responsibilities: Accurate monitoring, Equipment setup, Perform EKG lead placement, Prep access site, Recognition of life-threatening arrhythmias, Room circulator, Scrub- maintain sterile field, Vascular Closure Systems (Perclose, StarClose). Required Professional Knowledge and Skills: Isolation Precautions, Use of Rapid Response Team.
