Required Modalities/Manual Skills/Therapies Skills/Experience: Electrical Stimulation Ultrasound. Required Orthopedic Case Skills/Experience: Hip Fracture and Total Hip Replacement Knee Injuries and Total Knee Replacement. Required Professional Skills and Knowledge: Lifting and transfer Patient/Family Education Safety and injury prevention Telephone calls. Required Evaluation Tools: Cognitive Assessment Functional Capacity Evaluation Functional Independence Measure FIM Other Perceptual Assessment. Required Billing/Documentation Skills/Experience: Assessment Discharge Evaluation Plan of Care Reassessments.
