This includes all performance management aspects of leading the engineers including acquiring and providing 360 feedback and administering reviews. Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies.Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or related field and 4 years of experience in the job offered or in a Software Engineering-related occupation.Position required skills: -Position requires 4 years of experience in the following: Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) using Agile Methodologies including Agile, Kanban, and Scrum; Relational databases and NoSQL databases; CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, Git, Github, or Artifactory; Developing and implementing API service architecture; Cloud environments using AWS, GCP, PCF, or Azure; MQ, Rabbit MQ, Kafka or Kinesis messaging systems; and Developing multi-threaded and synchronization applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Batch.Position eligible for incentives under Employee Referral Program -Rate of Pay: The base pay for this position generally ranges between $168,002 to $193,500. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. -Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
